Minimum order 1 TRAVEX Booth and 1 Full Delegate is required.
Full Delegate registration fee applies to the first applicant of the participating organisation and Co-Delegate fee applies to the subsequent registered person. Both are allowed to register any number of accompanying persons although such persons will not be allowed to access to the TRAVEX area.
“Member” refers to any of the following:
- Officials and staff of ASEAN NTOs.
- Members of Travel Agents Associations: ASITA, ASTINDO, ATAB, ATTA, BATA, CATA, LATA, NATAS, PHILTOA, PTAA, UMTA AND VITA.
- Members of Hotel Associations: BAH, CHA, HRAP, IHRA, LHRA, MAH, MHA, SHA and THA.
- Officials and staff of ASEANTA-member airlines namely AirAsia Berhad, Cambodia Angkor Air, Garuda Indonesia, Lao Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Philippines Airlines, Royal Brunei Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways International and Vietnam Airlines, as well as other national carriers of ASEAN member countries.
- Each ASEAN NTO is entitles to one complimentary booth, with on seller delegate exempted from the registration fee.
Entitlements for ONE booth are as follows:

x 1 fascia board inscription
Please note that, if you take this option, you should appoint Contractor Company or contact our Official Contractor to construct your own booth.

1. A maximum of 3 delegates are allowed in 1 booth (9 sqm: 3x3 metres).
2. Early bird discount is only applicable for submission before 30 June 2017.
3. Submission of applicable will be closed on 20 October 2017.
4. A processing fee of US$ 50 will be applicable for delegate change made after October 15, 2017
All fees are paid in US Dollars within 3 weeks after submitted the application.
